You arrived on this page after clicking an old advertisement for one of my corporate management e-books previously published by Bookboon.
I replaced the original links to Bookboon because I wrote these e-books several years ago. Some of the ideas and practical solutions may still be useful, but parts of the content are outdated. They no longer reflect current developments, insights and practices.
For that reason, I no longer recommend purchasing these old editions if they are still available through Bookboon or somewhere else online.
Why I cannot update my old Bookboon e-books
A number of people who bought one or more of my bestselling corporate management e-books have asked me to update them.
I no longer have a contract with Bookboon. That means I cannot update the old editions on its marketplace. I can, however, write and independently publish completely new and updated editions on my own websites.
That is what I have decided to do.
Back to independent writing and publishing
Between 2000 and 2011, I wrote, published and sold my own entrepreneurial e-books while working at ABN AMRO. Making money online was my side hustle alongside my corporate job.
After leaving the corporate rat race in 2011, I continued as an independent entrepreneur, author and adviser.
I am now returning to that independent and demand-driven approach. Instead of writing what a large publisher or online platform wants me to write, I first want to know what people actually need now.
That includes people still working in my former corporate world, people who have left that world and people who need new ways to generate income, use AI or work and live on their own terms.
I will publish my new e-books and practical short reads independently, starting on my own websites.
Do you need an updated corporate management e-book?
I am already working on completely new and updated editions of some—but not all—of my former corporate management e-books and on writing new e-books on some of these corporate and non-corporate topics.

A new edition must reflect what is happening now.

Do you need a new e-book or short read fast?
The world around us is changing quickly.
This applies to people working in large companies and other large organizations. It also applies to people who are losing their jobs because of AI, want to start their own business or need to choose the right AI models and tools.
Choosing an AI model or tool is no longer only a technology decision. Your choice affects your productivity, creativity, independence, privacy and ability to work within applicable national and international laws and regulations.
Long management books are not always the answer. Sometimes you need a short, practical read about one urgent problem.
You may need:
- a corporate management e-book for people working in a competitive red-ocean environment;
- an entrepreneurial e-book for people starting or running their own business;
- a personal e-book for people going through a professional or personal transition;
- a practical short read for yourself, your team or another specific group of people;
- an online team session connected to one of these subjects.
