What is a virtual organisation? Here is my definition.

A virtual organisation is an organisational form characterized by the absence of a shared physical space. The organisation members work together through telecommunication. Particularly as a result of the rise of the internet, the feasibility of virtual organisational forms increased sharply.

Formal and informal virtual organizations.

It should be noted here that it can be a formal or an informal virtual organisational form. And think of all the informal organisational forms of virtual organisations like online communities, groups on LinkedIn, on Facebook or on other social media platforms.
