As is always the case with any type of AI-system or model, it is important to make a distinction between different types of AI-generated deep fake explicit content, also called explicit AI deepfakes.
On the contrary to generic AI-generated explicit content, explicit AI deepfakes are produced by people to replicate or replace a real person’s likeness —such as their face or body—onto explicit images or videos. There are three types:
